Magical Night of Music with Jeff Bradshaw, N’Dambi, & Algebra Blessett

On Sunday, February 12, 2017, Bethesda Blues and Jazz welcomed Jeff Bradshaw (Trombonist), N’Dami (Soul/JazzSinger) and Algebra Blessett (R&B Singer) to their stage. Up close and personal, laid back and upbeat, you could see the energy that was being illuminated from the stage into the audience.
Jeff Bradshaw opened the night’s performances with a melody of jazzy eargasm compositions to include, “The World Is A Ghetto”, “Back In The Day”, “Crush On You”, and “All I Do”. With audience participation he mesmerized those who had never see him perform before or better yet, had even heard of him. Jeff definitely warmed and prepared the stage for the following artists. N’Dambi took the stage with her soulful sound and neo-soul style. She sang a melody collection of songs from her independently released albums:  Little Lost Girls Blues, Tunin’ Up & Cosignin’ and A Weird Kind of Wonderful.
Algebra Blessett, wearing a mustard colored derby hat, black and white halter dress and green stilettoes hit the stage running. Performing songs from her latest released album entitled “Recovery”, she engaged the audience with taking selfies of themselves and of her on stage, call and response and surprising each table with a special gift. A “Love Note”, a scented candle from her new line of triple scented candles that also include a small piece of jewelry inside once it has completed burning. The finale of the show was performed by Jeff Bradshaw with an incredible rendition of “We Are One”. With him moving about the audience playing his trombone with the audience to their feet applauding even well after the house lights had gone on.
It was a night of love, elegance, jazz and laughs that only Bethesda Blues and Jazz brings together all at one time, in one place.
