Restaurant of the Week, Boundary Road

This quaint, neighborhood Bistro styled restaurant, which opened February 2012, is one you definitely want to experience.  Upon entering the front door, you immediately have the feeling of wholesome and inviting with the extraordinary and creative decor.  This American Bistro Restaurant has brought a different flair to the H Street dining and we are sure you will enjoy every moment.  From singles to couples and families, Boundary Road is enjoyed by many in the community, as well as others in the Washington Metropolitan area. Boundary Road’s Executive Chef and Proprietor, Brad Walker and the General Manager, Mary Kate Wrzesniewski says they pride themselves in not having any TVs, microwaves or Sous-Vide.  They want your experience to be special and unforgettable.

Boundary Road has a wide variety of appetizers, entrees such as Bison Hanger Steak, Brick Chick, and Long Line Atlantic Swordfish.  They also offer great cocktails, as well as a variety of wines and beers. DC Nitelife had the pleasure of enjoying a few of the following favorites on the menu which were very tastefully prepared and tasted awesome:

Uni Deviled Eggs

Grouper Cheeks Alla Puttanesca Tomato, Anchovy, Garlic, Chili

Brick Chicken Ray’s Rice, Broccoli, Anchovy Butter, Roasting Jus

Boundary Road is opened every day (most days till 2:00 a.m.) and serves brunch on Saturday.

They are located in the heart of Washington, DC at 414 H Street, N.E.
