“NAPW” is Now “IAW”, A Global Professional Women’s Organization

On Tuesday, January 16th, Pat B. Freeman, President of National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) Greensboro, NC Chapter hosted their monthly event at the Doubletree by Hilton in Greensboro, NC and truly it was a night to remember…. A room full of positive, innovative and diverse women! The event was exciting for all the members because they are now INTERNATIONAL. The organization is no longer “NAPW” but will be called “IAW” from now on and that brings on a whole new dynamic!

NAPW had over 850,000 members and 200 Chapters nationwide. Their vibrant networking community provides a personal forum for you to promote your business, product or service, share ideas and expand your network. Chapter Presidents often invite guest speakers to Chapter meetings, enriching the breadth and depth of your professional knowledge. NAPW Local Chapters also help make a difference in their communities and the world through monthly philanthropic initiatives that raise awareness of issues and causes impacting their communities and the world.

Their motto is “Keep your power network strong and connect to an exclusive community of dynamic, intelligent, accomplished women from diverse backgrounds and fields to enhance your business and career success.”
