CD Enterprise presented the Whispers, CeCe Peniston, and Sinbad for Mother’s Day at DAR Constitution Hall and it was packed with fans ready to have a great time.Â This Mother’s Day show was hosted by Triscina Grey and was a special treat for all the mothers and ladies in the Washington Metropolitan Area as well as an evening to remember.Â The anticipation of the evening’s concert showed on everyone’s face as they waited for the show to begin.
Sinbad who has always been one of the funniest comedians and actors in the business set the mood for the evening and was funnier than ever and had everyone laughing which showed that a little humor in your life is always appreciated and needed.
CeCe Peniston who has many great hits was spectacular and showed that she still has an awesome voice as well as a great show after all these years.Â She lit up the evening and led the way for the legendary Whispers.
Also appearing was the new sensation Fella Soul who brought the audience to their feet with his song Testimony which is the first single from the soundtrack of the movieÂ American Bad boy starring Katt Williams. Fella Soul makes a cameo appearance where he performs his “Testimony” single.
The legendary, R&B quintet,Â The WhispersÂ celebrated more than 4 decades of great music. They filled Constitution Hall with all their great music and the ladies’ favorites. The Whispers made every woman in the house feel special and loved.
As one of R&B’s most beloved and consistently popular vocal groups, who began their career in 1963, producing an enormous list of hits over the years. The Whispers still make women excited with the sultry yet forceful tenors of twins Walter and Scotty. Â The group still consists of Walter Scott, Wallace Scott, Nicholas Caldwell, and Leaveil Degree. The Whispers are one in a few old school groups who still have their original members after 40 years.
This was another great show from CD Enterprises (Darryll, Carol, and Gerald) who continue to bring great entertainment to the Washington Metropolitan area.
This awesome concert was definitely a special one for all the ladies and mothers to REMEMBER!!
